# MinDrop

> MinDrop (https://mindrop.app) is a sticky-note board for notes, to-do lists and reminders that syncs across iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and the web. It includes Mia, an AI assistant that turns what you say, text or email into organized drops, and MeetDrop, which records meetings and writes up summaries and action items.

People who want one place for everything on their mind (quick notes, grocery lists, reminders, meeting follow-ups, handwritten notes) without juggling several apps.

## Features
- Board: every note, checklist and reminder is a sticky note; color tags, pinning, search and filters by text, tag or date.
- Today: reminders and calendar events on one timeline with a month calendar.
- Reminders: phone notifications, snooze, repeats (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly); Lock Screen Live Activities on iPhone and Live Updates on Android.
- Mia (premium): an AI assistant. Speak in the app, text your MinDrop number, or forward an email, and Mia creates the right note, list or reminder with dates and times filled in; adds to existing lists; reads handwritten notebook pages and extracts tasks.
- MeetDrop (premium): meeting recorder on iPhone and Mac (menu bar app that detects Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex and Slack calls and records both sides; no bot joins the meeting). Produces a transcript with speakers, a summary, topics, decisions, open questions and action items that become to-dos or reminders. Audio is deleted after transcription.
- Notebooks: handwriting on iPad with Apple Pencil and on Kindle Scribe (KindleDrop).
- Capture from anywhere: SMS, email forwarding, iOS/Android share sheet (Apple Notes, links, photos, PDFs), Siri, widgets.
- Platforms: iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and web (mindrop.app); offline editing with sync.
- Privacy: per-account encryption, no ads, CSV export, in-app account deletion.
