Report a bug or suggest an idea

In the iPhone/iPad app or web browser, open your profile menu → Feedback & ideas. Add a title, details and an optional screenshot. You can see your submitted requests and their status there. Sign-in and internet are required; feedback is kept separately from your drops.

Before contacting support

1. Open Settings and confirm the affected connection says Connected.
2. Include what you expected, what happened, and your iPhone model and iOS version.
3. Attach a screenshot when it does not contain information you want to keep private.

Recover a device draft

If a save failed or you left a new drop unfinished, reopen MinDrop on the same device and sign into the same account. Choose Review drafts to open an unfinished capture or recover board changes. Conflicting changes are not overwritten; download the draft to keep a separate copy. Downloads contain private content.

Do not uninstall the app or clear browser data to fix an unsaved change. Device drafts are not a cloud backup.

Work offline

Sign in while connected once to prepare this browser or app. The iPhone/iPad bundled offline startup requires app build 20 or later. You can then open cached drops, create, edit and complete tasks without internet. Offline means you are using this device’s copy; Syncing means changes are being sent; Saved confirms cloud synchronization. Leave MinDrop open after reconnecting. If two devices changed the same drop, choose Review sync and select the version to keep.

First-time sign-in, cloud voice, link previews and online integrations still need internet. A storage warning means your latest change may not be durable: keep the app open and download the unsaved copy. Browser storage eviction, clearing site data or uninstalling can remove offline work. Signing out requires pending changes to sync first.

Delete your account

In MinDrop, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm. This permanently removes your account and saved MinDrop content.
